I'm taking the theme for the April swap from a conversation I had this week at my Thursday workshop.
Masculine cards are the hardest cards for me to create. Especially since I buy mostly stamps with flowers. So your challenge this month is to create a masculine card. Any shape, any size, any color combo. BTW, here's a helpful site for Stampin' Up! color combinations.
Swaps are due by April 20th and I will distribute them back out by the 25th.
Remember the restrictions for this swap:
- Use Stampin' Up! cardstock, patterned paper, and stamps ONLY!!
- Use a minimum of two layers including the card base
- Use at least one embellishment (brads, eyelets, ribbon, etc). There is no vendor restriction on embellishments--e.g., you don't have to use SU-only embellishments
- You may use die-cutting machines for shapes and letters, but you have to use SU cardstock.
You can see all the rules and restrictions for the swap HERE. Please leave a comment on this post to let me know you're participating. Have fun!
