My DH felt sorry for me a few weeks ago and gave me some cash to help me get my stamp fix. So I placed a large order and got all the new Sale-A-Bration stamp sets and rub-ons. Of course they sat uninked for a while while I worked through my "issues". So here I am again to share with you another of my Sale-A-Bration creations.
This time I used Friendship Blooms. This set is incredibly easy to use. I was able to create several different cards with it. I only have two pictured here because that's all I could fit in the picture. Gotta save something for later.
There are some really cool new wheels in the Spring-Summer Collection. And if it has dots on it, I'm all over it. This one is called Spunky Spots. It takes a little practice to get those dots to line up when you have to roll multiple lines of them. I apparently need a little more practice. Notice I used a couple Build-A-Brads on this one. Being the hoarder that I am, it was quite difficult to pull these from my stash and actually "use" them. And to use two...well that was the ultimate sacrifice. I'm slowly working to overcome my hoarder fears. BTW, the little bauble in the middle of the green flower is something I found at Michael's. They're these transparent half-marble type things. You get like 500 in a bag for $3.99. They come in a few different colors, blue, green, red/pink, and clear.

I'm feeling generous today so I'm going to share with you another card I made for a monthly swap
I'm in. The theme for this month's swap was to use ribbon. I CASE'd this card from a sample in the catalog. It's a 6-1/2 x 3-1/4" size that fits into our small open-end envelopes. My layout and colors are a little different, but this is where I got the idea from. There's another one similar to it further back in the catty, but I didn't feel like looking for it.
Now I'm done for the day. Don't forget to leave me a comment.
